Operator name, mailing address, privacy contact, retention periods, and legal review are required before launch. This draft is not approved legal advice.
Information used to provide the service
Detailing businesses receive customer names, contact details, vehicle descriptions, condition notes, requested dates, and optional photos. Exact addresses are collected for booking and kept out of public estimate links.
Business owners can review inquiries, create estimates, track jobs, and record payments. Each business is isolated from other businesses. Photos are private and temporary signed access is limited to the owning business.
External processors
Supabase provides account authentication, database, and private file storage. Stripe handles subscriptions and connected-account payments. Resend handles configured email. Optional OpenAI extraction uses minimized inquiry text to draft facts for owner review. Optional SMS is disabled in this release.
Choices and requests
Contact your detailer to correct information or stop optional reminders. Owners can export records and request deletion through the operator. Financial, contractual, and audit records may need retention; an operator must establish the applicable policy and process before launch.
Retention and security
Operator-defined retention, backup deletion, processor agreements, incident response, and rights-request handling remain launch requirements. No advertising analytics are configured on estimate links.
